Philip Chagal stumbled upon Helen Lawrence at a restaurant, a waitress who intertwined romance and heartbreak. Unfortunately, he married a woman with a mental illness and was attracted to her. They went on a date to sail and arrived at Philip's country villa when the storm was approaching. Helen first learned who he was, a famous concert pianist who fell in love with him and decided to leave before things further developed. The hurricane hit and their car was smashed by a fallen tree. The rising water level forced them to seek shelter in the choir attic of the church and spend the night there. They were rescued in the morning, and Helen met Philip's wife and learned about their story. Helen and Philip met again, and Philip and his wife sailed to Europe together, but he promised to come back one day.
